  Returns

  • Vendor return policies apply and are available on the web site and on your vendor invoice.
  • BravoSales.com does not define any return policies or provide any actual refunds. We are the representatives for our manufacturers. Each manufacturer determines its own policy.
  • Please understand the return policy for each individual vendor upon placing your order.
    • Most vendors require returns in original shipping containers, within 14 days of product receipt, and in good condition.
  • BravoSales.com will assist the Buyer with any returns issues, but provides no guarantees. We will speak to our companies and request Return Authorization (RA) should you need us to become involved in the process. These are normally handled by the buyer and the billing depts. for each vendor.
  • If product arrives in a damaged box, please notify either Bravosales.com or the Vendor immediately for timely claims processing.
